Rooms

The cottage has 4 non-passable bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 2x room with a double bed + extra bed, 1x room with a double bed. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom "children's room" with bunk beds for 8 people. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a dresser for storing clothes.

Bathrooms

There are 3 bathrooms with showers and 4 toilets in the building.

Living room

There is also a large living room on the ground floor with 2 sofas, a TV and a large stone fireplace.

Heating

It is automatic; no adjustments are needed.

Accommodation regulations

Kitchen

On the ground floor, a fully equipped and modernly furnished kitchen is connected with a dining room and pantry. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, induction cooker, kettle, automatic coffee machine for coffee beans.

Playroom

Directly from the living room, there is a passage to the terrace with a table football and darts seating area.

Parking

Right next to the cottage on a paved area for approx. 10 cars, the cottage is secured by a camera system and an alarm system.

WIFI

Wifi everywhere in the cottage and outside areas.

Storage space for skis, bicycles, etc.

Only dogs allowed with the overnight stay in a reserved place outside the pen; access to the fenced plot and the cottage is strictly prohibited.

Outdoor activities

There is a 2 ha plot available, a fenced plot with an area of approx. 3000 m2. On the 1st part - a large gazebo with a built-in grill. Next to the gazebo another seating area with a grill. There are 2 kettles available: 13 l and 30 l—children's playground with slide, sandbox and swings. On the 2nd part of the property, there is a swimming lake, a trampoline, soccer goals, a hobby golf course, a volleyball net... The outside part also includes another separate toilet. A stream flows next to the property where you can refresh or practice fishing.
